13 April 2007

Sorry, sorry.

I've been absent all week, because work has been busy, and -- well, because I didn't want to say this until it had been confirmed by someone with an MD attached to their name, and until we'd let my mom and Robb's mom (who sometimes reads the blog) know.

Six weeks, one day. Sometime around December 8th.

I'm so unbelievably happy.

I am so excited for you! I also have a gift for you. I made a baby set that I said would only do for a child born in the dead of winter or in a very cold place. It is newborn sized, and really warm. I've been waiting for the right baby, and it has been sitting patiently on my desk as I waited.

If you email me with your address, I will send it on to you.

Many congratulations - I saw the post on KnitTalk and hopped right over here to extend my happy thoughts in your direction. Given your penchant for purple I was surprised you were planning to knit green/yellow though... :)

Congratulations! I just read your post on KnitTalk and had to stop by. My mom's birthday is Dec 8th and I think she turned out just fine, even if she is my mom.
